Kevin from "The Office" finally reveals the secret of his infamous chili!

If you love The Office like me then you too have searched online for Kevin’s infamous chili and now we can have it and then some. If you look back it feels like a lifetime ago we saw Kevin drop the pot of chili and then roll around in it. I particularly do not want to roll around in chili but I would be lying if I said that was not funny to watch. Credit where credit is due, actor Brian Baumgartner really made Kevin’s character his own. So the gods have blessed him with a cookbook deal. If Brian Baumgartner was going to a cookbook it would obviously be a chile cookbook.

So if you are looking forward to grabbing Brian Baumgartner’s book, it is titled Seriously Good Chili Cookbook. Honestly speaking the book deserves the title because it features a whooping 177 chili recipes. I did not know you can make chiles in that many ways. When I dug a little deeper into the cookbook I found out Brian Baumgartner brought chili recipes from around the world and compiled them into his cookbook for all of us. There is more to the chili world than just Texas chili. We are all excited to try Kevin’s special chili ever since the “Casual Friday” episode of The Office dropped and how could we forget when Kevin dropped the pot of chili in the cold opening of the show, Ever since then chili has been a part of Kevin’s persona. But you will be amazed to know that Brian Baumgartner was not really a chile guy. It was the character Kevin from The Office that made him embrace chili and a decade after he has his own chili cookbook.

It is really fascinating to see how a comedic bit from a sitcom changed someone’s life forever.
