This mesmerizing spot in a brand new Northern Greenpoint location offers classic American cuisine with a southern Italian twist. It delivers on ambiance and the perfect brunch food, especially its pasta (seriously, try the butter and sage ravioli).

They also offer dining options including dreamy garden seating and indoor dining. Plus, for $17 with the purchase of any breakfast item, you can get unlimited mimosas for an hour.

2. La Grande Boucherie

Isn’t this place just wow? There are plenty of locations of this quintessentially French brasserie throughout New York City (called Boucherie and Petite Boucherie), but none of them are as magical as La Grande Boucherie in Midtown.

This best brunch NYC spot spans the entire block of 6½ Avenue of the Americas and offers a sort of Parisian square.

Whether you sit inside, among Art Nouveau-style décor, or in the grandiose heated atrium, this place is certainly made for your special occasions.

3. Gage & Tollner

This beautiful Gage & Tollner restaurant was one of the best new restaurants in 2021. It can be a little difficult for you to get a reservation for dinner, but you can book for brunch instead.

Gage & Tollner recently started serving lunch on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. In addition to the regular menu, they also have eggs and bacon, and a new burger that is only available during lunch.

Lunch and Brunch are also less busy than dinner, so it is easier to get a table.

4. Twenty-Three Grand

Here is another dreamy best brunch NYC spot, definitely worthy of a special occasion.

The combination of the delectable food and the garden-like space (with so much natural light streaming in through the big windows and retractable roof) is a match made in heaven.

Twenty-Three Grand also offers several indoor/outdoor cocktail bars and patios, as well as a dedicated space for your private dinners and events.

5. Bluestone Lane

Bluestone Lane has 20+ locations in NYC where you will find more tables but their brunch Upper East Side is so aesthetically special.

This is located next to the historic Church of the Heavenly Rest on the 5th Avenue. Their wide variety of food and pleasing ambiance is the reason why I added this spot to the list of best brunch NYC restaurants.

Brekkie is served all day, giving you plenty of time to indulge in the famous avocado smash or what's probably the best banana bread we've ever had.

6. Le Gratin

Le Gratin is another one of the best brunch NYC spots. The well-known chef Daniel Boulud's Le Gratin was awarded five Time Out stars after opening in a lovely space at the Beekman Hotel last year.

They have introduced brunch even more recently, serving oodles of oeufs, croques madame, and monsieur a few dinner menu favorites, too.

The rustic menu developed by Chef Daniel and his culinary team brings a classic approach to seasonality, bright flavors, and casual cuisine to the table.

7. Dudley's

Whether you are looking for the best Avocado toast, big brekkie, or even a simple breakfast NYC dish, Dudley’s is the perfect cozy Lower East Side pick.

Their colorful menu and the cool Aussie vibe of the café make it an ideal spot to spend your Sunday morning with your family and friends.

8. Sarabeth's

New Yorkers have a special spot for this best brunch Manhattan restaurant that started as a bakery because it never disappoints.

They have four locations across Manhattan, and each spot has its own uniqueness. So it is a great place to visit with your family and friends.

Their menu covers pretty much everything for everyone who could ever crave a delicious brunch, but I personally love the lemon and ricotta pancakes.

9. Mom’s Kitchen & Bar (Astoria)
