There is always something special about these TED Talks. While they are not too long only 10 to 20 minutes lectures, listening to a really good speaker can leave you feeling enlightened, inspired, and motivated all day long.
Sometimes one talk even can change your life. But, because there are plenty of gems including Julian Treasure Ted talk from the TED stage, it’s not easy to pick which one to listen to.

Ruth Chang, a philosopher at Rutgers University breaks down why some decisions are so difficult to make for us. Also, she discusses why those moments are something to savor—not dread.
The reason I added this one to my list of top TED Talks by women is that after listening to her talk you will have a better attitude when you go into that next tough choice.
4. Why 30 Is Not The New 20 by Meg Jay

Meg Jay, a clinical psychologist talks about why your 20s are not a time to simply sit back, it is a key time to be intentional about the choices you make in your life.
What she advises is to invest in yourself instead of doing things that “don’t count” such as relationships and it will reward you in the future.
Her talk is full of “real talk” advice for women who are especially in their 20s and it will definitely leave you inspired. May Jay is also the author of a well-known book “The Defining Decade.”

5. Looks Aren't Everything. Believe Me, I'm A Model by Cameron Russell

Moving forward in the list of 7 TED Talks by women, Cameron Russell, a fashion supermodel spills a secret you might not know about the models you seen in magazines.
She says, “ They are the most physically insecure women on the planet.”
Her talk focuses mostly on the superficiality of the modeling world, but it subtly makes the point that even a physically perfect woman feels insecure. So maybe we need to stop chasing perfection and find self-worth elsewhere.

Brené Brown, a researcher of human connection explains why vulnerability is not something we should fear of but something we should embrace.
Only being vulnerable can actually lead to a greater sense of love and belonging and a more fulfilling life.
