The excitement for the ending of what is considered one of the most influential anime of all time was incredible. Especially considering the long wait that anime fans had to endure for it. 

An amazing ten-year run for Attack On Titan to an end and the final episode did right by the show. The final episode is hour-long features some of the best action in the whole series and brings together characters who were once enemies in an epic fight against a mutual enemy. 

From brutal deaths to shocking plot twists, the final episode was a great end to a series that will be forever missed.

What Has Happened Until Now in the Attack on Titan?

Attack On Titan is a manga series that follows the story of a young boy, Eren Yeager who dreams of revenge against the Titans, giant humanoid creatures that have devoured humanity for generations. 

Eren’s world is confined to three giant walls that protect the remaining humans from the Titans beyond. But when the walls are breached, Eren and his friends join the Survey Corps, a military branch dedicated to fighting the Titans and exploring the world beyond the walls.

Over the course of the series, Eren and his friends learn more about the Titans. Eren ultimately finds out that he is the Attack Titan and the Coordinate, a special power that allows him to control Titans of Eldian descent. 

He then uses his power to lead the Survey Corps in a fight against the Marleyans, a nation that has been at war with Eldia for centuries. 

In the final season of Attack on Titan, Eren declares war on the world and sets out to commit genocide against all non-Eldians. He uses the Founding Titan to create a massive army of Wall Titans, which he sends to trample the entire world. 

Eren's friends and allies try to stop him, but he is determined to see his plan through to the end.

Attack on Titan Final Episode Release Date & Cast 

The Attack on Titan Final episode has been released this week on November 4, 2023. 

This "Final Season" of this series has seen a unique release format, with episodes spanning two hours, resembling two epic movies. While this format has tested series fans' patience, the journey has been worth it.

But, if you prefer the dubbed version, you may have to wait a bit longer, as the episodes are initially released in Japanese with subtitles. 

The lead voice cast for the Japanese dub includes Yuki Kaji (Eren Yeager), Yui Ishikawa (Mikasa Ackerman), and Marina Inoue (Armin Arlert) reprising their roles. 

There are of course other supporting cast members like Hiroshi Kamiya, Kishou Taniyama, Hiro Shimono, and Yoshimasa Hosoya.

Attack on Titan Final Episode's plot

In Attack on Titan season 4 episode 30, The Final Chapters, you will see a more evolved complex story where Eren has seemingly turned into the story's antagonist. 

As he gains Titan's powers and uncovers the Titans' origins, Eren's aim becomes the destruction of those who oppose him.

With Paradis and Marley forced to unite against the impending Rumbling, "Attack on Titan" has taken an unexpected turn, promising a finale filled with exciting twists and intense emotions.

The final season of Attack On Titan began streaming on Crunchyroll for premium subscribers on Nov 4, at 5 p.m. (8 p.m. ET). It is available for fans in North America, Central America, South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, the Middle East, CIS, and Southeast Asia. 

You have also an option to watch it as one long episode or divide it into a segment of three, depending on your preferences and time zones.
