Justin Timberlake and Britney Spears’s past relationship from 1999 to 2002 is now again in trend as the book reveals a series of shocking claims, including an alleged pregnancy and subsequent abortion, as well as accusations of infidelity.

Timberlake‘s canceled shows were intended as part of a promotional tour for Timberlake's upcoming album.

This “SexyBack” singer was planned to appear at various clubs early next year, but According to reports from TMZ, these shows will no longer take place.

How did Justin Timberlake and Britney Spears Meet? 

Justin Timberlake and Britney Spears first met when they were 11-year-olds in the early 1990s, both were cast as “Mouseketeers” on Disney Channel's The Mickey Mouse Club. 

But there were some years before they started dating each other, according to sources the the couple began dating in 1999. 

When Britney Spears went on tour with *NSYNC, she wrote that she and Justin shared their first kiss while playing the Truth or Dare game during a cast sleepover with a Janet Jackson song playing in the background.

The two made their public debut as a couple at the 2000 MTV Video Music Awards. Later in 2002, their denim on denim look from the 2001 American Music Awards went viral.

Since then their look has been recreated by several celebrities and fans, and it is now seen as a symbol of Y2K fashion.

But in March 2002, Justin Timberlake and Britney Spears' 3 years of relationship was over.

In Spears’ recently released book, “The Woman in Me”, she revealed that she cheated on Timberlake with Robson, after discovering that Timberlake had cheated on her, so that could be a major reason why the couple broke up.

Britney claimed that it was Timberlake who had cheated on her several times and not the other way around.  Spears also added that she had to undergo an abortion during their relationship as Justin thought they were too young to be parents at the time.

Justin has not responded to the multiple claims against him in Britney's Memoir. But, as mentioned earlier, the singer did cancel his reunion concert with former band NSYNC.

Justin Timberlake has not publicly responded to the allegations against him in Spears’ book, but according to sources, he is “not at all happy” about it.

A source told the Daily Mail that Timberlake has not responded yet because there is nothing he can say to her. 

However, Justin has turned off the comments on his Instagram account after facing allegations made in his ex-girlfriend Britney Spears’ new book. 

A source told Page Six, that Timberlake has made this decision because of the "hateful, disgusting things people were saying" on his page. It appears that Justin is trying to distance himself from Spears’ new book.

Aside from their relationship controversies, both Justin Timberlake and Britney Spears have continued to be successful entertainers in their own right.
