Losing weight is no easy task, it requires dedication and a strong mindset. So it’s commendable as Khloe Kardashian lost more than 40 pounds. Weight is a sensitive issue for many and not many can change their lifestyle and totally commit to their weight loss. I can only assume things were tougher for Khloe Kardashian as being a media personality she is always under the spotlight. But she amazed the entire world with an epic body transformation when she lost her pregnancy weight.

Khloe began her weight loss journey right after her divorce from Lamar Odom. when asked about her enthusiasm towards a healthier lifestyle she said “ I was overweight - I was unhealthy - for a lot of my life. I started going to the gym during my divorce, like a significant and consistent amount for my mental health. I needed a release and I needed to feel strong and I just needed to get rid of all these thoughts. And, I wanted to be alone and the only place to really be alone was to be on an elliptical with headphones in my ears and just vibing out.”

Khloe’s diet plan was not something only a celebrity could adapt to, anyone can use this diet to lose weight and get in shape. The main reason why I think her diet is more practical than some of the other celebrity diet plans out there is the diet plan was designed for a long sustainable run. She did not have one of those plans that will make you lose 40 pounds in a month.
Like many others, she increased the number of her meals with smaller portions. Khloe’s diet plan had eight meals per day. Oats and asparagus were a part of her diet and she preferred eating those two foods because she finds them to be good for her gut health. So if there is any particular food you prefer for your gut health feel free to add them to your diet. She also had a lot of iron-rich vegetables in her diet. So feel free to add a lot of beets or spinach to your diet.
But the key was to avoid eating any carbs at night. Khloe Kardashian avoided the consumption of carbs at the night. However, she was also breastfeeding at that time so after her doctor advised her to add some healthy carbs during the night added rice to her dinner.
And of course, she followed the oldest weight loss advice ever: “Drink a lot of water”. Khloe even measured her water intake. According to her, she drinks an ounce of water per pound of her body weight. But the best thing about her diet is that it was not restrictive.
