OMG! Did Justin Bieber really throw shade at his ex Selena Gomez?

Justin Bieber is in quite the situation after this epic feud between Justin Bieber’s wife and his ex-girlfriend. For a guy, a situation cannot be more delicate but Justin decided to do something no one was expecting him to do. Justin Bieber tried to pull something really shady on his 29th birthday. Considering his wife was feuding with Selena Gomez many would say that was not the brightest idea Selena Gomez has had. Bieber’s ex Selena was not on the guest list but the party favors handed out that day surely screamed Selena.

But what was handed out that got the netizens all spinning out? All the attendees of Justin Bieber’s 29th birthday received a silver souvenir that had some interesting words written on it. The souvenir read, “I’m so thankful that I didn’t end up with what I thought I wanted.” Now that is as shady as things can get. The 29-year-old singer has not clarified if those were meant for his ex or not but the fans surely think it was a dig at Selena Gomez. It doesn’t seem like this feud is going to end any time soon if things keep going on like they are going on right now. 

Ever since the news of the silver souvenir broke to the fans they flooded Twitter with tweets and some of them were a bit kind but most of them weren’t so kind to Justin Bieber. Many Selena Gomez fans called out Justin Bieber for “still living in the past” after reading what the party favor said. I don't think the fans are far off. Many fans pointed out that it was very “petty” of Justin Bieber to do that. One fan with keen observation came up with his own twisted interpretation and wrote,” admitting that your wife was your second choice on your birthday is crazy lmao, Selena truly lives in his mind rent-free.” It’s not false people are quick to jump on the negative but Justin’s intentions are really to hurt Selena. Does Justin really deserve the hate he is getting on Twitter?

But not everyone is against Justin Bieber, some fans are on team Justin. While Justin was getting a lot of hate online few fans pointed out how easily people on social media jump toward the negative interpretation. Some fans even took time to explain how Justin could only be sharing his gratitude,” for the life he has as is.” I guess on social media people can think whatever they want and everything is open to interpretation.

Although Justin himself did not address the issue, Selena Gomez took to TikTok to address the issue. Selena urged the fans to “be kind”. She also commented down on a makeup video she did saying, “Thank you and love you all so much. I’m deeply grateful for each and every one of you humans. You make me unbelievably happy.” That was not the only comment Selena left, in a second comment she said,” Please, please be kinder and consider others mental health. My heart has been heavy and I only want good for everyone. All my love.”
