Even though Kim was adamant that she didn't starve herself but was "so strict" with her diet, Lili didn't agree with The Kardashians star's decision to do so for an outfit.

"To say out loud that you went without food so you could go to the Met Gala. When you know that a lot of young men and women look up to you and listen to everything you say, "she wrote back in May in an Instagram Stories post. "The ignorance is disgusting on a different planet."

Even though Lili didn't say Kim's name, it was clear who she was talking about. During her interview with W Magazine, the 26-year-old said that she doesn't feel bad about what she said. Ripley's Believe It or Not! bought the dress at an auction in 2016 for $4.8 million. Kardashian wore it while she was there. The dress was made by Jean Louis, and Monroe wore it to a fundraiser for John F. Kennedy's birthday in 1962. Ripley says that the dress is now worth more than $10 million.

The Marilyn Monroe Collection is made up of the actor's personal items and papers. A historian in charge of the collection posted a few photos on Instagram that seem to show how the dress looked before and after the Met Gala.
